Privacy Policy

Effective September 2, 2026

Token Labs operates inference APIs and an engineering website. We minimize personal data, do not sell it, and do not use API prompts or completions to train models.

Information we process

How we use information

We use information to deliver inference, authenticate requests, enforce capacity and abuse limits, calculate usage, troubleshoot failures, secure the service, comply with law, and improve aggregate service reliability. We do not sell personal information or use inference content for advertising.

Inference content

Prompt and completion content is processed in memory for the duration of a request. Token Labs does not intentionally retain that content after request completion and does not use it for model training or fine-tuning. See the AI Data Policy for operational details.

Retention and sharing

Operational metadata may be retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, fraud investigation, billing disputes, or law. Billing and contractual records may be kept as legally required. We share data only with infrastructure and integration providers needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted transport, credential isolation, bounded logging, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. Inference location and applicable subprocessors are disclosed through provider documentation and contractual channels.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information. Contact privacy@tokenlabs.run. Token Labs must confirm this mailbox is monitored before commercial launch.
