Terms of Service

Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to Token Labs websites and hosted inference APIs. An OpenRouter user ordinarily contracts with OpenRouter under OpenRouter’s terms; these terms additionally govern the infrastructure and API services Token Labs provides. Using the service means accepting these terms and any applicable integration agreement.
Accounts and API keys
Credentials must be kept confidential and used only for authorized traffic. Users are responsible for activity under their credentials and must promptly report suspected compromise. Token Labs may rotate, restrict, or revoke credentials to protect the service.
Acceptable use
Users may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; evade safeguards or rate limits; interfere with infrastructure; probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization; impersonate others; or generate content whose possession or distribution is unlawful.
Capacity and availability
Published limits describe available capacity, not guaranteed reservation. Token Labs may return HTTP 429 when capacity is exhausted rather than queue requests indefinitely. Maintenance, failures, model changes, or upstream dependencies may interrupt service. Any service-level commitment must be stated in a separate written agreement.
Models and output
Models may produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, or objectionable output. Users must evaluate output before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions. Model weights and associated materials remain subject to their respective licenses; serving a model does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Fees
For OpenRouter traffic, pricing, credits, invoicing, refunds, and taxes are administered through OpenRouter unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Direct API fees, if offered, will be disclosed before chargeable use.
Privacy and data
The Privacy Policy and AI Data Policy describe information and inference-content handling.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, nonpayment, unlawful or abusive activity, material breach, or infrastructure necessity. Users may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and model output are provided “as is” without implied warranties. Token Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any additional warranty, liability cap, indemnity, governing-law, or dispute terms must be established in the applicable written commercial agreement.

Legal notices may be sent to legal@tokenlabs.run. Token Labs must confirm this mailbox and the contracting legal entity before commercial launch. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
